О фильме: Дронов считал себя самым хитрым дельцом отечественной рыночной экономики, за которым уже не первый год охотился следственный комитет. Капитан Кутик был категорически принципиальным и патологически честным полицейским. Вероятность встречи двух противоположностей - одна на миллион, но она произошла из-за банальной случайности. Дронов въехал в полицейскую машину и тут же попал под статью о взятке за попытку «решить вопрос на месте». Судьба намечающейся многомиллионной аферы встала под угрозу из-за честного полицейского и запустила цепь необратимых событий, в корне изменивших не только судьбы, но и самих героев.
